2nd ETC concluded

The 2nd ETC was concluded on Sunday 17th October. The 2nd ETC Organizing Committee would like to thank the Tibetan Community of France for their hospitality and all the delegates from 12 European countries for making the congress a success.

At the 2nd ETC in Paris, the 2nd ETC Organizing Committee invited 10 potential candidates to attend the debate:
